At its heart my work is energy medicine and a healing art; it is conscious and intentional work with life-affirming energetic patterns that generate increased coherence, harmony, and health.
It is good, deep, body and soul listening.
The Soul of my Work
With inter-generational loss of wisdom teachings and traditions over many centuries, much of our understanding of many things.. including healthy human maturation.. has been displaced, as have many cultural practices and processes to support it. But, perhaps, new ones have also yet to be discovered.
Currently, instead of offering paths to gathering wisdom our societies mostly offer us only paths for growing old. But while we may have lost ways to connect with our unique human gifts, cultivate them, and be in service through them, it seems that we have not entirely lost our instinct. It seems we still sense when something just seems ‘off’.
What if ‘feeling stuck’ is not the problem, but rather a sign of good instincts.
Living through these times urges us to become fully human, once again, or perhaps for the first time in this way, rooted in the soul of the earth.

From my perspective, your being and your unique perspective are part of the enormous cultural upheaval/renewal currently underway on this planet.
Over the decades of my life, I have found that engaging more deeply in Soul Work (cultivating deeper intimacy with underestimated human dimensions), increases authentic self-expression and capacity to belong-to, enjoy, and contribute more-fully to family, intimate relationships, community and cultural depths in this shifting world.
Humans, a creation of Earth’s?
As I see it, we imaginal humans, it turns out, might actually belong here. And just like every other species that has emerged from the creative fires of Gaia, through embodying our deepest gifts, we too might also have something unique to offer the complex and diverse web of life here (not only benefit from it).
Regardless, living in integrity with our soul and offering this life our deepest being feels.. right.
